· Provide project
execution support for $96MM project of EL-KAMAIL Compound, it’s a turnkey
project contents of 35- four stories Concrete Buildings each building has 24
apartments with total living space of 22750 m2. Attached to the Buildings
there are a Club House and a green area of 56875 m2. The scope of work was
includ infrastructures, and road pavement.
· Supported all
stages of project development from permitting, regulatory requirement
approvals, design details and equipment specification and purchasing
· Assist the
technical development of project scope and develop of cost estimates and
project estimate.
· Effectively manage
projects to assure fit-for-purpose construction
DAR EL-AMARA – Site Manager
Sep, 2004 – Aug, 2009
· Provide
construction site support for $77MM project of El-Amal PVC Pipe Factory. A
6000 m2 (450 tons) steel construction factory attached to 3 stories, 3600 m2
office Building. The scope of work was including electro mechanical work,
silos installing, piping and installing of heavy
machines.
Jan,2007 – Aug, 2009
·
Provide
construction site support for $58MM project of Suez refinery. A 4500 m2 steel
construction extension for Hydrogen plant. The scope of work was including
fabrication of Pipe support, sand blasting and painting work, and installing of 225 tons of steel
construction.
Dec,2004 – Dec, 2006
· Managed all site
needs including contractors subcontractors and their compliance with
environmental and safety requirement.
· Coordinated between
site staff / Head office / consultant / client.
· Managed and
controlled the schedule for all contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers.

effective option along with alterative value engineering options in design
